Nope, he is wrong. What Bergson is basically opining upon is Experienced Potential: How much Quality of life, can you cram into your life. It has all to do with being present and actively engaging. He speaks about how people sometimes use allotted time unwisely. But this has nothing to do with the flow of time.

@@theronald2350 Sorry I was unclear with my thought. Bergson is wrong. Time exists. It is a useless theory. Bergson made a sort of clickbait theory sounds clever by proposing time is a matter of Life Quality. It is not. The clock still pass on a planet without life.
