That may be true, we have seen in ep 69 that Titan tv man wouldn’t be able to give core power to UTSM, because his upgrades were by the toilets. The Alliance created the Upgraded Titan TV Man, which we now know is the strongest thing in the series. Titan Speakerman needed the alliance upgrades to handle the boost. So yeah good point.
