Yeah no without a doubt KU would get *DEMOLISHED* Not project kaiju but I’ll explain why, Toho is somewhat fine with fan-made properties, However what makes KU and many other games cross the line is the fact that they use ORIGINAL toho properties for profit (gamepasses),such as both burning godzilla ‘95 and ‘19,skull island and pacific rim (soon),hell maybe gainax will take KU down if they decide so (due to PG having trouble with adding EVA 01 cause copyright before) Now,theres also kaiju kewl but its less likely due to g21 being their only gamepass, Kaiju world would be absolutely doomed no matter what if toho came onto their site, For project kaiju,the only gamepasses are blades original kaiju and premium,alongside donations (I think?) So yeah if toho only goes for games that use their own kaiju as profit via gamepasses,PK would be fine+the games usually dead so it’d likely be brushed off as “just a small game,no big deal” *then again theres the theory that verret is secretly a toho employee-*
