It seemed a little rush towards the end on the spaceship in my opinion about what has me more confused is why Goku knows about Frieza on earth when heard about Frieza later. But I might not have heard you address that when you were talking making some small changes.

You could probably do a what-if with Goku having his own version of OPM Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist. If you combine the spirit bomb, and Kaioken, it would be a fighting style just like the Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist. Add in the Yardrat techniques, and have Goku evolve it through the characters he meets and faced.

I'd imagine him as a more pragmatic/less iredimable version of Friezza. for example, instead of killing all sayains, he destroyed planet vegeta, didn't send the round-up singal and made every surviving sayian wear a costume or something like that.

It would have added a lot more to the story if Turles was another son of Burdock. I always thought in the original movie- Why not making them brothers? It will be a revived Raditz fiasco. But anyway- I don't understand what happened to the rest of the Freeza Force on Namek. Did all went as normal? Anyway what I would do is letting Turles save someone's life from the group and to survive against Freeza. This way they will earn a powerful ally.
