Your editing skills and overall prowess when it comes to animations are simply a cut above the rest. You have my most sincere admiration for the work of art you've managed to put forward. As for the power scaling, I must say things escalated quickly. For one, I, too, believe Broly should, at least in theory, be able to acquire (L)SS4, though his version would be different from the baseline transformation, since it would combine LSS (or FPSS, however you wish to refer to it) with Great Ape (Ikari) instead of the regular Super Saiyan transformation (and, thus, it should also look different - perhaps green fur?). In any case, we've practically reached a point where each of the three Saiyans could take on any fused Super Saiyan Blue without even breaking a sweat. Especially Broly, whose LSS4 strength would significantly eclipse even UI Goku and UE Vegeta to the point where he should be able to stand his ground against Black Frieza (the jump in power from LSS to LSS4 would be ridiculously large). As for Perfect Cell Max, he shouldn't be too big of a deal for any of the three.

@@Handlesbar They're both equally as good IMO; now-a-days, Hyourinjutsu tends to slow the fight sequences to add a clear visual distinction to and for unique and creative skillsets and techniques, where as Dazaiel more-so mirrors with fast-paced but detailed choreography and special effects. If we were to directly compare them to key animators in the official series, I would say Hyourinjutsu's style is more like Naohiro Shintani where as Daizaiel's style is more like Naotoshi Shida.

It even makes sense, if Broly's legendary ssj form is the ozaru form but in the normal body and without being controlled, ssj4 is the controlled form.
