Since breathing techniques don't actually have those fire, wind, water effects.... His bda will probably be the same as kukushibou and kaigaku..... Their bda brings those moon/thunder effects to reality as shown in the manga kaigaku's thunder breathing actually electrifies and kukushibou's moon breathing have those crescent moon that actually cuts so Yoriichi's bda would probably burn his enemies and adds up the "Crimson Sun" you're talking about

I believe he would bypass it a lot earlier maybe the moment he becomes a demon and realises he is not himself he would change easily. I think he would train for awhile pretending to be a demon only to then kill all the demons then himself later on to end the cycle as he himself admitted he thinks his sole purpose of being born was to stop muzan and becoming a demon wouldn't change that mindset, I think he himself would probably realize he has been given an even more grand opportunity to do so now that he can live for a very long time in order to plan out his next moves.

if Yoriichi became a demon, I think more realistically Muzan would just eat Yoriichi so he could conquer the sun himself, since Muzan is selfish. That is if he can control Yoriichi. Otherwise, Yoriichi would've overtaken Muzan much sooner. Another thing that would've happened if he was a demon and killed all the Pillars in the Sengoku period, would be that Rengoku probably would've never been born. Since the Flame Pillar stays in the Rengoku clan, therefore, that means Rengoku is never born.

If Yoriichi was demon he would not be controlled by Muzan due to his will power. He would break the curse, conquer the sun, fold Muzan, rid the world from demons. And lastly I suppose he would just live a quiet life, perhaps along Tamayo since she would be the only other demon who could live an eternal life with him, he could give her some of his blood so she gains sun immunity and because both of them can live under the sun no one will suspect they're demons. If ds corps attempts to kill them, Yoriichi can just fold them without even killing them, making them understand that they're not threats, and they would be left alone,. And then he would just be peaceful, if any other new demon ever appears, he would for sure fold them in no time, and if new demons were in Tanjiro's era, then perhaps Yoriichi could teach him the sun breathing if they ever come across each other.

Using Sun Breathing or anything related to it legit does give you immunity, Muzan legit said “You use the same breathing as that monster” referring to Yoriichi and Boom He was immune to the Sun because He Used Sun Breathing and If he wasnt Immune to it His own breathing would legit just hurt him.
