Beginner summon pack is a blessing to me.. Before the update my mk11 scorpion was fusion 3 but since the release of the beginner summon pack i got 6 more copies of him and now he's on fusion 9

i opened beginner summon pack when the update launched so due to the problems then there are 4 packs didn't count that i opened and now i have 4 packs to claim scorpion but i can't. any thing i can do to solve this

Same happened to me. I wrote to the support and they did not give a solution. Write to them from the support tool that is in the game so they can see that it is a common problem

The same thing happened to me because just after the update they didn't put the trials in the game and i opened one pack before the trials appeared in the game so i lost that 1 pack that means i can open only 49 but on the counter it will show 50 packs opened. So in this case i lost one fusion on mk11 scorpion.

@@kavinramen8720 beginner trial pack is temporary whereas that Summoner's Trial Pack is permanent (for now atleast) which gives you one guaranteed Mk1 card with two fusion up cards........
