What if you forgot Facebook id and password

In this video today we will see what to do if you forgot your Facebook ID and password.
Hi everyone and welcome to my KZbin channel and today in this video we will see what to do if you forget your Facebook user id and password both. Now generally the Facebook user id is the email address which you use to create the Facebook profile. So, if you forget both Facebook id and password both then let us see what to do.
For that one what I will do is I will open this Facebook application app then I will select "Forgot password'. Now here at the top I have to enter my full name. This is the same name which you have used while creating the Facebook profile. So, let me enter my name and then search. So, once the Facebook will search for the profile with this name then you can see the profile picture here and this is my profile picture. So, this is my account. Now here what I can do is I can reset the Forgotten password and that one I have to reset by using a code which Facebook will send either to my mobile number through sms or to my email address which I have used to create the Facebook profile. Now you can select any of the two options. For me what I want is I want to receive an SMS in my mobile number since I don't know the user id. I just can see @yahoo.com and I can not see the alphabets which are at first. So, I will select sms and I will select Continue. So, I have received a verification code which I have to put here and then continue. Now you have two options here either to keep you log in in this device or log out of all other devices. So, since I want to reset my password So, I will select "keep me logged in" and then continue. Now here you need to enter your new password. Remember that you will not be able to able to recover the old password but you can input a new password. So, let me put a new password and then select "Continue". So, right now I am logging into my Facebook account. So, I have logged into my Facebook account. So, my password has been changed and let me see what is my user id. For that one I will go to this more option. I will scroll down and I will go to "Settings". I will go to "Account settings". I will go to "General" and here you can see my Full name and here you can see the email which I have used to register the Facebook profile. So, this email is my Facebook id. So, this is what you will do when you forget your Facebook Id and password both.
