Thanks for watching everyone! Now for some fun facts about this video: 1. Gotta high five Huggy. 2. I stuck with the "high pitched" voice for Huggy because I like it better. Several characters in the Poppy universe have EXTREMELY similar voices. 3. I was unaware of the release date for this game. I was headed out of town on Sunday and was working hard on the Stanley Parable video. Chapter 2 came out on Thursday. I tried to fast track Poppy Chapter 2, but simply didn't have time. I already had Stanley Parable nearly done, so decided to finish that video first before starting this one. 4. Fried Twinkies are back from Chapter 1. 5. I liked the idea of the player character inventing Sir Poopsalot. 6. The footage you're watching is actually from my second playthrough of Chapter 2. My first playthrough was riddled with bugs and odd performance problems. These got patched out before I played through a second time. 7. I decided NOT to put most of the video tapes in this, as the video tapes are really just full of lore for people OUTSIDE of the game... For a character INSIDE the game, they would just be a distraction. 8. While playing I kept thinking about how full of safety violations this place must've been. 9. I originally did NOT have voices for Bunzo and PJ in the script. But I decided to come back and give them voices as I was editing the script. I tried my best to emulate the voices the characters already have. 10. A lot of the eletricity puzzles in this video were cut due to simply having nothing to do with the plot. 11. Doom God reference. 12. Reference back to the "vent person" and "parkour" jokes in the Outlast videos.

Mommy Longlegs' death was so frighteningly well written. She was driven to insanity by the emptiness of her home for such a long time, feeling anger and confusion at her abandonment. When a worker entered, she was hostile towards them, feeling they had abandoned her. When she died, it was in a trash compactor, screaming about her betrayal and how "YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME". When she finally died, it was with a disturbingly realistic screech of rending electronic programming. Fantastic.

Seeing different angles of the game, I don't think mommy long legs knew about the children being taken away to be made into toys or other experiments. As far as she knew she got to play with them during the three test games and never saw them again after they lost and were killed early on or made into toys in the end or disappeared to be used for another experiment, all while Mommy Long legs sat waiting for those kids to come back thinking the kids didn't care about her. She thought they had abandoned her all this time but she might not have known her "children" were being murdered and turned into toys based on how well they did in her games

Mommy long legs was actually a child named Marie Payne (experiment 1222 as shown in the file we see about her in the water treatment area of the chapter 2) we know she was a kid and not an employee; because in chapter 3 Claire Harper her counselor, describes what happened to Marie when she had her nightmares about catnap and possibly the prototype “Did Marie happen to describe what she saw?” “A Monster she said she said;she said that it was colorless” it is implied in that tape that she was turned into a toy The scientist or doctor even saying that “she’ll be okay,” and Claire screaming “NOoooooo!, I don’t particularly find comfort in that, just bring my little girl back to me.” as I said in a previous comment she’s feared that monster since she was a little girl being turned into a monster toy, and we killed her and let that monster take what was left of her. Which is really sad when you stop to think about it.

Honestly I think at this point he's just desperately staving off a mental breakdown (featuring screaming, crying, curling into the fetal position, and possibly soiling of the pants) by trying to convince himself that he might at least be paid for this.
