There was an episode of Alfred Hitchcock Presents that had Ed 'Kookie" Byrnes as a prisoner attempting to escape from captivity by being burried in a coffin, but the person that was supposed to dig him out died and was interred in the same coffin. Unfortunately our hero didn't know this. From time to time I recall this episode and it always gave me claustrophobia. I can't watch or think about it without fear, even now at age 71. I almost was drowned at age 14 by someone holding me forcibly under water. That didn't help either.
