I love whenever Yoda trains Anakin. The green toad deserves some love despite how he's responsible for much of the Jedi problems.

I too love when Yoda trains Anakin. And he really deserves some love despite but, as for him responsibility for most of the Jedi Problems If Anakin had listened to the wise. And to a smart Yoda's Warning about fear. Anger. And the hatred in The Phantom Menace. And If he understood that Yoda's Advice In The Revenge Of The Sith had been it was about overcoming fear then perhaps The Destiny Of The Galaxy. The fate of the Republic. The Destiny Of The Old Jedi Order. And Anakin’s Destiny could have turned out completely differently. That's the problem when Yoda is right. And gives valuable advice. And the warnings then of his advice. And they don’t want listen to warnings, which is why problems then begin to arise. In this regard, Yoda can be considered similar to Cassandra, in whose predictions no one believed.

I agree, I definitely think that Yoda is over-hated, and it’s nice to see him do cook things. While he absolutely was the main contributor to the downfall of the Jedi and the republic besides Sidious, it’s the me of the most overlooked humanizations of a mystical character. If you look into the real world, stagnation and complacency is far too common an issue that people and entities must face. No need to look into politics or businesses, when you can find great examples in sports. If you follow either football or hockey, you will know Bill Belichek and Ken Holland. They were both brilliant, they were ahead of their time, used their resources smartly to build dynasties in their respective sports. As they grew older, they couldn’t keep innovating, the whole league overpassed them, and one has since been fired, and the other might retire with a somewhat tainted legacy after 3 awful years.

@@DarkLobster69 I more blamed Yoda out of inaction than anything else. Almost every decision the Jedi council made that led to ruin, was either not proposed by Yoda, or not supported by him directly. Mace and Mundi mostly raised notions that acted against their best interest, and Yoda sinned purely by not veto-ing more often. Considering some of his proposals, how much of a contrarian hypocrite he was, the fact he wanted to expel Ahsoka, ans the fact he actually suspected Yoda to be falling to the Dark Side and being controlled by the Sith (and on purpose, acting against Yoda because he felt Yoda's judgment couldn't be trusted, and told some of his fellow council members not to trust Yoda), you could make the argument that the entire Jedi Order's fall, is the fault of Ki Adi-Mundi. Mundi also brought up the topic of the Droid Attack on the Wookies, which directly led to Yoda not being at the Temple during Order 66, and ensuring that Anakin and the 501st could steamroll over the entire Temple.

@@DarkLobster69 Well, Yoda is a very Underrated Character. When he gives advice. And then they either don’t listen to the warnings. Or they don’t try to understand correctly. And interpret. Nowadays, the older generation can often face this. As for The Fall Of The Old Jedi Order, Padme is primarily to blame. And the Corrupted Politics Of Naboo thanks to which Palpatine who, became The Supreme Chancellor, was able to become a Senator Of Naboo. And Padme was able to become the 14-year-old Queen Of Naboo. It's hard to blame The Old Jedi Order for their own downfall when Palpatine became Supreme Chancellor. And The Senator Of Naboo. And Padme became the 14-year-old Queen Of Naboo through no fault of theirs.

The part where Qui Gon teaches Anakin the basics and the whole 'controlling his new emotions' is what the Jedi's doctrine of emotional detachment was supposed to be, but was never properly explained in the films, and became 'don't have emotions or we'll expel you from thd only institue that can help you'

I’m glad I found you Pente Patrol, I’ve been watching your videos since January or February, and I say your my favorite Star Wars what if? KZbinr, I love the ways your write stories in amazing detail, and your ability to surprise the expectations of people who think they know how the video will go based on the title The thing that amazes me most, is how your able to write in such detail in such little amount of time, this shows just how creative you are as a person, the amount of creativity you show through your storytelling, even inspires me to be more creative with how I imagine things, and helps me be more creative with ways I could solve problems in my life Your stories have also really helped me through really tuff times in my life, times where I felt blinded by either anger or grief, just hearing your stories in those times of anger and sorrow, helped me develop different view points on those situations such as, is my anger/sorrow justified? I know how I feel, but how is the other party feeling? What can I do to help fix the situation, instead of letting my emotions run rampant? Why am I worrying about the past, when I can learn from those past mistakes and make sure history doesn’t repeat itself? I’ll cut it here, as there will be a whole entire essay if I keep continuing lol, to sum it up, I’m really glad that your succeeding as a KZbinr, and that I’m forever thankful that I found you, and thankful for how unique of a person you are. I’d be curious to see a What if Order 66 failed because the Jedi knew more than they let on. They were just biding their time like Sidius was for the perfect moment to strike. I absolutely refuse to believe that so many Masters could be fooled so easily even if the Dark Side clouds everything and makes it extremely difficult for the Light to see through it. There were so many signs pointing to Palpatine that if they were rancors the Jedi would’ve been bitten by them. Even Master Yoda was so suspicious of the man it’s a wonder why he did not swing his lightsaber at him just to confirm his suspicions.
