I think he’s wrong at some parts. You cannot be gay and Muslims that’s a common fact. Now, can someone have desires to the same gender? Yes but the catch is that he cannot reveal himself publicly (unless for help he reveals to someone close) and cannot say “I’m gay but I don’t act upon it”, likewise someone cannot say “I would to kill innocent people and absolutely destroy babies but I’ll never act upon it” so basically you cannot even consider yourself homosexual as in itself is a sin wether or not you will act upon it. As for killing, I find that there’s no reason to change anything for them, the rule is simple: If there’s 4 witnesses that see gay men penetrate then the sentence will ultimately to kill them, there’s no if he does it at home or whatever.

As a Muslim I legitimately appreciate the questions raised and the knowledgeable answers given. Some things mentioned I was unaware of and its there and proven with one's own research. I feel the young man with questions was legit and not attention seeking and I think it's good he didn't come with notes because real time questions got answered and it all seems genuine. What do we define as penetration though, because it should be a sexual encounter, most people think penetration is just PIV, when you can do multiple things to have an sexual encounter. Allah has said that whatever you do depends on your inner will or intention. So even if you are doing some good deed but from inside you are doing for show off, you won't be rewarded for that good deed. Similarly if you deny God willingly even in your heart and mind, you are going against Allah's orders. By the way one other v import point to note is that every sin have forgiveness but there is not forgiveness for denying Allah or considering that there are more than one God.

@I’m Petra there is a video of Gabriel Al Romaani where he sets the solution for gay people. I personally (knowing some gay people) don't accept that gay people are strictly gay; meaning they always have same gender attraction and desires but never slip out of their orientation once in a while. Being lgbtq is like the scale from 1-10; never full gay, never full lesbian; everyone of them is bisexual at best. Someone can have stronger gay urge, someone less. What Gabriel's video suggests is for gay men marrying lesbian women so they could understand each other and manage to wake up their original desire; heterosexual ones. we shouldn't even prioritize the man made laws whether they are there to protect us or punish or etc... the first thing that we should keep in mind when we commit a sin or plan on doing so is God. God/Allah is the all knowing, all seeing, so it doesn't matter whether a person is capable of hiding their sin from other human beings or not, the sin is never going to be justified no matter the circumstances because as believers we should know better than doing what we know displeases God. And even if we don't understand why certains things are considered as "sins", it shouldn't matter because if we are true believers, we should accept what God has claimed to be bad and harmful for us.

Mate, you are saying that someone can have sex with kids in their home and no one can do anything about it as long as they don't talk about it but if a man has sex with another man and talk openly about it in society, that man should be executed or exiled??
