I've been drinking Alani since my friend (now girlfriend) started drinking them and mentioned them to me. I even had my mom try them and they're legit the only energy drink she'll drink, she doesn't even drink soda anymore and says she likes them more than sodas. Also- shout out to whoever is the graphic designer for the Alani cans, their designs are literally so pretty and dynamic, when I got some cans with plastic over them instead, I definitely cut them off just to save the front designs for at least the three flavors I drink the most.

The Alani drink is sugar free. I’d be more worried about the 200mg of caffeine, but some people can build a tolerance to caffeine and it won’t affect them. I used to be that way. I would drink 900mg + of caffeine per day and not only never get wired or jittery, but I’d sleep just fine. I could down a 280mg energy drink at 8:30pm and be asleep without issue by 10. Now I can’t have much caffeine because I’m 39 and get severe acid reflux due to the high acid content in most drinks that contain high quantities of caffeine. I end up nauseous and vomiting. Or, if the drink isn’t high in acid content, but has crazy caffeine like 325mg, then it wrecks my stomach, so THAT’S fun too. I miss being 25 and eating and drinking whatever I wanted 😩😩
