I disagree with @prakharkepravachan here as he told that it is compulsory but on the other hand he denied masturbation and porn addiction. If a person has not done sex till 20s-30s then the thought of sex will be like a thought only like anger and greed And if he want to escape from that then he go to masturbation. But by sticking to his own reality ,one can easily observe thought of sex without escaping and it is not a compulsion to do as many sages and yogis have done it easily.
