I am proud of you! Something that helps me when I get social anxiety and scared of being perceived is to remember that they’re gonna forget you soon enough and to just lie to yourself kind of fake it that you’re not nervous and confident instead. Like pretending. Also the outfit with the white skirt and black shirt / jean jacket is so adorable!!

What I use to do when I was going to socially anxious places was to let my feelings out, do a little thing I like whether it’s making ice coffee, taking a shower or even just relaxing. Then I’d distract myself by doing things, listening to music, and just try as much to enjoy the company. It’s really fun once you get used to it because the feeling goes away, you see and meet things along the way, and you end up looking forward to it! I’m glad you enjoyed it 🍒💗!

I'm so proud of you for going to that event and watched you overpower your social anxiety. Whenever I feel anxious over big crowd or doing something new, I get so much anxiety too. But it helps me to think that that's just in the beginning, and I'll get over it over with it later. And I'd be so happy and proud of myself for showing up. 🥹♥️
