Hello. thank you for your explanation. It was a good explanation so i can understand easily. I have a question. on your calculation, u wrote 1 TOR => 232.6 kJ/min => 3.876 kW. How do you get 1 TOR = 211 kJ/min = 3.517 kW on your conclusion? thank you.

Bcoz experimentally the value was found to be 211KJ/min=3.517KW,which is accepted universally as 1TOR...👍👍👍

When you say ton its US ton which is 907.185 kg not 1000 kg when you put that value you will get 1 ton = 3.516 kw

You've fucked up the derivation by ignoring the difference between short ton & long ton. 1 short ton = 2000 pounds ~ 907.5 kg. Whereas one long ton = 1000 kg. 1 ton of refrigeration makes use of short ton in its calculations.
