I’m reaching out, not just for myself, but for the many vulnerable people out there who are facing financial difficulties and looking for solutions. When you present a system like this and claim that “anyone can do it,” you owe it to people to be fully transparent. How can someone with no experience, no knowledge, and no connections achieve what you claim? What specific steps do they need to take? How many years of experience do you have in this field or related businesses to make it work for yourself? The reality is that not everyone can succeed in these kinds of ventures, and I urge you to be honest about that. It’s unfair and exploitative to profit off of people who may not have the resources or awareness to see the full picture.If you’re serious about helping people, then integrity and transparency should be at the heart of what you’re offering. Honesty is always better than creating false hope for the sake of selling a product or service.

You are just afraid to do the work. The only two resources you need are a phone and a laptop. You need to make calls and learn the process. Of course it will take time to do the research and know how rentals, air bnb, automation and everything like that works. It takes time. So does wholesaling, dropshipping, and any other business works. It sounds to me like you are just looking for some get rich quick scheme that you can get into without doing any effort or research or work of your own. If it was easy then everyone would do it. It would be like printing money. If you can’t be bothered to do any due diligence or research of your own to gain knowledge about what you’re working on, you will never get to where you want. Hiding from the work is basically hiding from the money. Stop being scared and get after it.

-“You /John don’t have to do any work for it” ? Who’s attends to guest’s issues ? I manage part time 8 units and on average I get 2 calls from guest that I have to be 👉👉physically present to manage. Minor issues, but from picky guests who will exaggerate/turn it into bad review for landlord . Imagine 3, 4 , 5 ….properties

Airbnb guests pay a separate cleaning fee for each booking - this is on top of the accommodation rate. You then transfer that cleaning fee to a local cleaning company to clean the unit. You typically make a 15-20% margin on cleaning fees - this goes into your pocket, not the landlords pocket. Makes sense?

We primarily target existing furnished properties. For unfurnished properties, there’s a feature in the BNB Analyzer app where you show the landlord the break even period if they were to furnish the property. Point being: you never pay for furniture. You’re just managing the property. Makes sense?
