What Is 15% Tint At Night Like??

My truck has 15% tint in front and 5% in the back. I show you what it's like in the day light and at night, also how it is driving with it at night.

Thank you for this video!! You covered everything I wanted to see. I'm on the fence about 15 or 5 in the back windows and rear. I'm a little concerned about how much I can see out of the rear if I did 5%, but during the day I need the privacy

Go with 5 percent. Trust me, 15 is too light you’re going to be pissed. It’s already illegal you might as well just go big or go home. I made that mistake and now i put 3% all the way around. Plus tint is not a reasonable enough reason to be stopped by a cop anymore. You have to be doing something illegal to get a tint ticket now, but you can be pulled over JUST for tint, its now a secondary offense

I just got 30 percent and I was a little uneasy crossing residential roads at night where people walk their dogs and ride bikes. I hope I get used to it soon.

I got 5% all the way around and a 35% windshield. Windshield is for sure too dark at night. Wish I did 50%. The 5% on the rest of the vehicle is fine as long as you are a confident driver and don’t mind rolling windows down in dark residential areas. Getting my f150 done tommorow and going with 5% and 50% windshield

15% on my Chevy equinox I live in a area where some spots have no street lights. I gotta roll the windows down when I make turns in those areas cause I’m scared to hit a curb. I gotta do my windshield next probably will go with 20/25% can’t imagine 15% on my windshield lol

My 15 percent looks just like this. It’s not dark enough for me. I thought it would be darker and I have 50 percent windshield. I need to get the tint metered to make sure the percentages are accurate.

I Got 35% On My Windshield, 20% On My Front Windows, And The Other Windows Are Factory Tint. I Thinking About Putting 5% On My Side Windows In The Middle, Keeping The Rear Window And The Side Windows In The Very Back Factory.

Go with whichever you want. 20% on the front would match the factory privacy glass in the rear. 15% would be just a little darker than that.

50% windshield for sure. I got 5% all the way around and 35% windshield and it’s perfect except the windshield is too dark at night. Go with 50% you will be happier.

@@TokoyoMoneyHeist19 you don’t want 5% all around. You will finally get pulled over, like I did. Get 15% or 20% on driver and passenger side. What I did I got 20%. Back 3 windows can have any tint. I’m gonna make it 20% as I do night driving sometimes. I got ceramic tint not cheap tint either which can keep darkness as it keeps less heat from coming inside plus sun light. So if 15% was too light you should have gotten ceramic tint and it would have been better. Make sure not to tint front window shield it’s illegal. You want passenger and driver side at least visible a bit so police can see someone is there. Be safe.

Do not get 15% windshield 35% at the lowest and even that’s too dark for most people. I got 5% all the way around and a 35% windshield on my sedan and its hard to see out the windshield at night. I don’t let my girl drive my car at night because of it. About to get my f150 tinted tomorrow and I’m going with 5% and 50% windshield and that will be plenty dark trust me. You have to roll windows down at night making some turns in residential neighborhoods tho. Honestly can’t really see out of 5% at night at all
