Geez, this interview is so full of wisdom. I've copy and pasted swathes of content from the transcribed version of this on the CXO talk website, most notably on: 1. "WInning cures all ill..." about winning your place at the table and not waiting to be knighted. 2. Making sure you're blocking and tackling....keeping the trains running, so that you can work on the cool stuff without being questioned. 3. "If you can't change people, change people."
