Excellent video and very informative!! But shouldn't we also include all the catchment areas, in addition to the present and future jurisdictions? Because in most cities, people travel from and to work from outer suburbs

Excellent video! But I still don't understand the difference between the comprehensive plan and the spatial plan. Are the same thing with different names? If not, what is the difference?
