What is a Construction Change Order?

This video covers what a change order is and how to reduce potential change orders during your construction project. This is a very brief overview but can be helpful for owners, architects and even contractors when thinking about building a new project.

Megan, Thank you! In all honesty, I am likely not the most qualified to speak on financials. Managing a budget...maybe? But I am afraid my perspective and experience wouldn't be as beneficial as others in the industry on this topic. The first place I would look for this Levelset. A change order is used to blow up a price of a project to take advantage of a customer. Its really that simple. You get a contract to underbid competitor and then they jack up the price
