What Is a Delaminated Pickleball Paddle & Why Is It a Problem?

Had a paddle delaminate on me and wow did it become insanely powerful. It’s a new paddle only a week old. I feel bad for the people I played against for 5 games before realizing it. I would hardly flick my wrist and the ball would fly like I hit it as hard as I possibly could

Isn’t what you describe actually “disbonding” ? Delamination would actually be the separation of the layers that make up the face layer. Disbonding would occur when the core and face are no longer bonded together. Just curious from a industry perspective.
