Hello thankyou for your explaination. What makes design sprint different with other frameworks? Is it only matter of time (saving time)? Because if I see other frameworks, the main idea phase is same (identify problem - generate solution - prototyping - testing).

Hey Leddy, time is a big factor. But it’s not for the sake of saving time, it’s for the sake of reducing risk and pushing innovation. When you are able to validate quickly you are able to take higher risks and push your innovation boundaries. Design sprint is first an for most a research procedure. It replaces long market and user research with a very short process that enables us to show the users something that looks real and observe their reaction instead of asking them what will they like.

Hello 👋 Thanks for this informative video ❤️ @2:50s You told that there is somewhat more 'Preparation work' to be done before actual workshop in revised plan structure. What are those preparations?

Hi Mrinal Usually we send all key stakeholders with a questionnaire following with an interview to get an understanding of where things are going both product wise and politically... Then, from the interviews we create a user journey map which we use as the basis for the expert interview we do in the sprint. We have a complete video in this channel about use journey maps.
