So I have had it more so from very simple meditations, but I liken it to a sensation of falling asleep while staying awake. Where your mind is so absent of thought it becomes one with truth. The workbook lessons can act like mantras that direct your mind back to its source. I think anytime the mind rests in this state you can really allow spirit to rearrange your dream/mind. Sometimes my mind glides back to source like warm butter in a few minutes lol, sometimes it fights for 15mins. Sometimes it never relaxes back to that state. But doing some form of meditation daily without expectation is part of the faith.

I looked up Holy Instant because there was a realization and I remembered this term and wanted to listen to see if it’s the same thing . I think it’s the same as what I can now see but don’t you think it’s impossible to experience the holy instant fully while you are thinking about it and talking about it ? I just realized that everything in my mind is imaginary and there’s only one place that’s not imaginary but I can’t even discuss it 😆
