6 yrs ago I had a life review! I was unaware at that time that I had severe sleep apnoea. In fact the later medical test results showed that I occasionally stopped breathing for up to 4 minutes! My experience was a rapid rush of everything I had done throughout my life. In fact I was able to feel and experience every moment as if it was occurring again at that moment! Though what I also remember is that it was very important that there was an absolute and deep longing to wish that I had EXPERIENCED so much more within my period of living on this planet? In fact I did not obsess regarding any notion of regret, but just a longing to have wished I had done more at all and every opportunity. Much like travelling more, joining more social clubs, involving myself and helping other peoples lives! The moment was quite surreal and as I drifted up from my bed I could see all angles of the room simultaneously; Much like having full peripheral vision above, below and to the sides simultaneously. Also colours are different, much like when you put your camera on vintage capture mode!..I returned with a huge jump, but this memory was so very vivid and so very real. I will never forget! This was not a dream because I woke choking and struggling for breath which was very frightening!

I come from a narc family that has targetted me for my potential to have a happy and exciting love life: Im the only thin family member - the jealousy I got from a fat sister and the enabling of the rest family members caused me severe social anxiety which fucked up my life. @@xrc7445 Sorry to hear this, but I too had a very toxic younger family life which included much violence and favouritism to one child at the cost of another! I am merely offering what I experienced 4 years ago! I believe that there is a much bigger picture for us in the spirit world after death. I believe our brief time here on this planet is merely schooling to better enhance our onward moving soul. Conversely, when a bad person CHOOSES not to seek forgiveness then whilst we might wished we had done more, we will sadly also have to carry that burden into the LOWER levels of the next realm. As we Initially transition it looks like we certainly DO remember who we were!! How long this connection lasts I sadly do not have the answer? Your point regarding revenge; as ironic as it might seem is to maybe NOT seek or demand revenge and actually do the opposite?? This is not an easy thing to do but this is not about them; This is about you and where you will be after death! Maybe we need to protect and save our own destiny in this manner as a priority. There is a condition called 'Like for Like' within the law of attraction. This means that whilst we have ALL sinned, if you have at least tried to make amends then you have the chance of moving into a higher realm within the afterlife. Likewise those that choose not to can easily find themselves down at a level of perpetual torment. Some call this HELL!

And I dont think that simply asking for forgiveness and trying to make amends is enough; what's the point if your victim's life is ruined after decades-long abuse? At this point, my life and dreams have been fucked up enough for me to have zero interest in returning to any one of these "family" relations. In any case, I don't think the whole system - assuming there is an afterlife - would make any sense without some redemption or justice. I suppose, onky time will tell. 😅

I have been thinking about my life review recently. I have been through so much trauma because I lost my parents at a very young age. This made me reactionary and difficult to be around at times. I also rejected society completely because I felt it was satanic in nature and became a professional musician. Now I teach meditation and Ki Gong and many people each week tell me how grateful they are for having me in their life. I feel happier now because I am giving people unconditional love. I am starting to do this with people I do not even like now also, which is amazing. When we come from a place of love everything looks different. hanks for sharing Hans. I know my lessons revealed with self reflection nearly every day too. so I don't agree with Hans on this review surrounding hurt and that doesn't include anything positive. I looked up how many people die each year on Earth, and it's ~ 56 million, and about 160,000 each day. The Council must be extremely busy with each Life Review! Some of the accounts I've read of spirits reporting through a medium state that during this review, what you did to a person is reflected right back on you, including pain, sorrow, etc. If you do mini life reviews while on Earth, I wonder if the negative Karma is removed? I've thought about some of the things I'm not proud of and regret them immensely. It would be great if that's taken into account in the afterlife. Hans always has a great vid with deep insight. Your videos are good, but you tend to instill a lot of fear. A life review is not always negative. Why not talk about the good things we did in the world and the good feelings we spread among others.? It's always negative hurtful but you're negating that when we die we don't have ego only love. Don't fear life review the way this is presented!

Because good things we did have no need to be cleaned up, they are not blocking our path toward Heavens, but the bad things do. According the books by the Lord's prophetess Gabriele (he often mentions and quotes from them here too at 7:46 ) it's said that our soul remains with the same traits of character as it's former human. That means if the human was egoistic, so will be the soul, and that's what will still remain for that soul to work on (clean up) in the worlds of beyond. And while this is possible in the beyond (known also as Astral realms), usually it takes much longer and harder time than on Earth because the soul doesn't have anymore a buffer, the physical body.

Life Review Dilemma - Are We All Doomed?: If every soul experiences a review of their life after they die, that means no one’s life review will be perfect. No matter who you are, it’s inevitable you’ll feel the pains of everyone you hurt, even choices beyond your control. Soldiers who are forced to fight and even those who fight honorably will have to feel the pain of their victims. And animals who eat other animals will also have to feel the pains of their prey. No. According the book he mentioned at 7:46 it actually goes very quickly since time doesn't exist in such sense in the spiritual realms beyond. However working on each individual sinful aspect of ones former earthly life in the astral realms might take much much longer time. Very recently I learned that the neighbor who sexually abused me as a child had died. My husband asked me if I was glad that he had died. My answer was ‘no’, but I was glad that he would be receiving his life review, so he would realize the impact of his actions on me. On another note, I can confirm that reincarnation is real. When I was a young teenager, I had a vivid dream of being a young mother with dark hair and two children - one little brunette daughter and a blond baby boy. I was on a crowded train, and I was angry. There were men dressed in a particular colored shirts that I was avoiding. It’s not hard to figure out what that was about.

If I'm an infinite being but also imperfect, what is the point of continuing to reincarnate knowing that I'll never get everything right, only to continue reincarnating? I just want off this hell ride. I don't want to reincarnate into a negative world again. I just want to live as a spirit forever and travel the universe and all dimensions, see and observe other beings and worlds, but not incarnate.

Well, according the book he mentioned at 7:46 we don't get reincarnated just like that nor we can do it forever... The real Jesus taught reincarnation as a possibility, not as a goal. Working on each individual sinful aspect of the soul in the astral realms might take much much longer time than it would take on Earth. To reincarnate, certain conditions have to be met, among the many others also the free will of the soul. No one is really pushing the soul to reincarnate. However our original home is Heaven (not to be confused with the astral realms where the souls of most of the deceased lives), a spiritual Universe from where we've fallen long time ago and gradually created our own imperfect universe full of suffering in the delusional belief that we are gods. The real meaning of earthly life and the Will of God is to return to our true homeland known as Heaven or the Absolute reality. Coming back to Earth over and over again is not in accordance of the eternal life laws. Yet to achieve Heaven, one must bring Heaven within him/herself. That is why Ten Commandments and Sermon on the Mount (as explained in the booklet) are given from the divine world as a guiding line for quick spiritual development.
