market cap = (market price per share * the total number of shares outstanding) right sir? but in the assumption sheet, the market price per share of the target is 25 and the number of shares outstanding is 200000 which means market capitalization is 50lakhs right sir? but in the assumption sheet, it is given 60,00,000
