What Is A Mindful Writer?

Mindfulness is a term thrown around a lot in our culture these days, but what does it really mean? What is mindfulness? I like to refer to it as ‘Meditation light.’ Ultimately its about paying attention. How does mindfulness help us as writers, as creative people?
