I have been to my arraignment but have court this Thursday. Haven't seen my court appointed lawyer. I was stopped by an officer who was assisting another officer in a traffic stop. At the time I was going through a custody case and the officer knew my ex. He lied about the location of stop. And said I failed to maintain lane. Yet his cruiser was parked in the lane of traffic. I had slowed and was being curtious of the officers and civilians safety and slowed and entered the other lane. What is the day at court going to be that's coming up

I have an ongoing employment retaliation litigation. My attorney missed the discovery deadline (said it was an honest mistake because they were waiting for the judge's decision whether the case had merit) and we dont have expert assessment of damages. What can be done at this point? We are waiting for summary judgement and the trial is set for after a month if we win the summary judgement. The attorney, although continuing to represent, seem to not have much hope, but i still have strong hope because there are tons of solid evidence for everything including employer knowledge, temporal proximity, causation, and motive, despite the discovery. Thanks.

Are you moving for summary judgment or the other side? Also, is the case in federal court because of diversity or in a circuit court in the state?

I have a Pre-Trail Readiness Conference and I’m going against my apartment complexes Lawyers by myself (I have zero choice ) so I’m learning the laws and how to prepare my next package. I feel in limbo in regards to the Motion in Limine/Opposition per rule 411.2 San Bernardino Superior Court. I’ve summited 144 documents which include: Emails, Texts, notices, photos and I have extensive Video documentary on this KZbin. Could you help me with a few questions.

@@Cullen-hemphill thanks it went good the judge was sympathetic to my case. He told me it’s a difficult one but he asked a lot of questions and allowed me to explain them so he could get an idea of what was going on. I really liked that I didn’t know he would do that ; I thought that was cool. He made a schedule and asked me to think about what I want to do and for me to keep working to get a lawyer.

I believe Judge Brill harmed my case along with Named Party's.
