Real Estate investing seems to be a good thing. I didn't know about REIT as I had only been hearing about purchasing properties from tax liens. I guess it wouldn't be a bad idea to do a mix of both if one has the right funding.

Outstanding teacher , must say, need a more real estate finance videos or playlist if possible covering topics such as land option value, refinancing cash out, lease structures etc there are no videos available on YT nor any courses on udemy on the RE finance concepts on such topics (not saying RE Excel Modelling) ,you will come across this fact certainly as you must be doing audience market research for sure , large audience which is untapped

Thanks, I had not thought about the macro influence. Speaking of macro, I assume that higher corporate taxes and inflation should be positive for REITs?

Assuming the taxation of REITs doesn't change, I would assume they should do fairly well with higher inflation
