Why can't we work with small angles. I can't find an explanation to this anywhere

Yes I stopped the video to look at the comments for this also, never heard that the second station should be more than90 and less than 180..I think its to do with accuracy,

@@Panther- Thats all i could think of, probably better practice to have a larger range. But i think you could verify the points through checks/stakeout of other known points.

The reason you MUST avoid smaller angle is to minimize the effect of the errors. Resection is all about intersecting lines. The bigger the angle the smaller the effect of the errors.
