So... one guy got an idea, it needs to launch a lot of satellites in space, so other guys have kind of the same ideas.. and also need to launch more satellites in the space... I don't see how it can be a good idea (and I subscribed to one of them a few months ago)

It seems that the "astronomical light pollution" argument could easily be dealt with through software. What about telescopes made smart with (either on-board or external) image processing software that compensates for the light trail introduced? A complication could be deep space objects that are "edited out" by the image processing software, but that could be compensated for by a second delayed observation of the light trail path.
