I could not for the life of me figure out how to set up the divider. Thanks to this video, I learned that the divider Velcro patches lift up and attach to the insides of the box. Duuuh! Thanks for that!

Noticed that your (body confidence) tab didn't have anything in it yet and if it helps; I'd recommend studying up on Dr. Mandy Perez or Dr. Jason Fung on intermittent fasting. It's so amazing to get all the glucose, insulin and other hormones in order using just a little fasting schedule. Taking the world by storm and people are feeling wonderful in their mind and body.
