I’m moving into an Assistant Superintendent role in the next few months at one of the largest Private Real Estate Developers in the country. They are up to date on this type of planning and I can’t wait to put this information to use. Like most builders should they rely on field experience but I need the help with this side of management. Applying this method of planning to my builds. I’m thankful for your videos. They are very insightful. 🙏🏼

J Money 💴 The 🐐.I have one question for you. When are you ever gonna give us a full practical experience with the TPS COUPLED with LPS. I mean when are you gonna take a project and plan it step by step , from the Foundation to completion while going into details with how you do the work density analysis (the software you use while doing so…) a real pull plan (I know you have made some in this channel of yours but it wasn’t very detailed in my opinion). I want to see where you guys get your production rates from. Speak to us like we are 5 years old kids for God sakes. Go into more details my friend , Please 🙏. I want a course that will help me use this system in my projects here in Africa. You the Goat by the way. But You need to really teach us this thing.

Excellent video, the only issue I see is that identifying "problems" say on Monday for something that can interrupt the TAKT plan for the week it is really too late? What I like to do is look at the WWP but with three weeks. Each week we will add to the third week WWP, not the next week, that is done, that is week two of the three week. This allows you to identify how the work happening in the present week can allow identifying problems earlier.
