Hello.. viraj k 36 speech sessions hue hain jismein se 20 sirf repetition sessions the purane sessions k so i left and started doing things on my own.. uske alawa koi therapy nai karwai kabhi sab khud hi kia.. and sab karna bhi khud hi hai kyunki ap kab tak pesa and energy lagayenge dusre pe .. therapy is a long process and family should do it.. newly diagnosed parents run to therapies and waste their hard earned money on it which they can use for the nutrition of their child.. all the therapies are videologged on my channel if u want to take a reference

We will be starting ABA for our son this month..i am so anxious regarding this..Our neurologist and developmental paedetrician here in US both suggested this..i went to the center where they said its more of play based nowadays.. negative reinforcements were part of traditional approach..also contacted few of indian parents got some positive reviews but still i am confused..we both are overprotective parents so this is a very difficult decision..hope it goes well because he is presently in inclusive public school setting but not showing much progress

At home lay the foundation whichever goal you have.Its a team work all their waking hours at center and at home..we are in US too sending our 2.10 to ABA new to this world..but there is always a hope and confidence..

After 2 months of aba for 40 hrs I realized it's not so worth it those many hrs at least 5 hrs is max what makes session more productive and child isnt exhausted we are in 6 month contract so they aren't reducing hrs now which is sad..but I realized they learn more at home and interactions and carry fwd..leaving the child's mind free and parents being mentor role would get more benefits

Good info. How abt reward system like kid earns star for every good behaviour and after getting 5 stars he gets his favorite food( ice cream, French fries etc). 2. Also there is something like positive punishment. I have never understood this. Can you give some examples abt positive punishment for undesired behaviour. Can clean up, doing physical excercise be positive punishments?

I hope ur baby understands this because and if so its really commendable .. in autism kids do not have that much patience nor they understand the complicated methodoloy on reward systems.. they need quick and immediate actions for something good.. and feelings should be the rewards not materialistic things else they develop a habit of it.. and we need to make them able to survive in the society which will not follow the strategy u mentioned 🙂🙂.. when i have to tell viraj that he has done something wrong i take him to the place make an angry face say mama is angry very bad viraj.. and explain him what he has done in a simple language ... Using two word phrases mostly.. positive punishments can be if ur baby does not demand things or do desired behavior showcase him through feelings and dont give him the sabotaged item.. and during the bad behavior if he does the good immediately change expressions and appreciate ..

One more question- recently I have heard parents talk about nemecheck protocol. It is all about few supplements and gfcf diet which you already talked about. In case if you find time can you read and explain more about nemecheck protocol and how it can be used for our kids? Along with my son I have 9 month old daughter so I don’t find time to read much. I just watch videos on KZbin when my baby is sleeping and see if I can do that for my son.

Yes if ur child becomes verbally expressive he or she can answer questions which are asked by learning how to script and use those scripts at the right time.. viraj goes to kindergarten for three hours and his command following in terms of writing and pointing is good.. he is not going to special school.. there are primary three subjects till KG maths english and hindi.. and they tend to learn and point and also name and respond on the things academically if they are verbal.. also it depends how the school staff is and how much practise you are putting in with your child on daily basis by touching all the areas of learnings matching to the school

Hello Vandana actually these kind of days keep coming and going and certainly you need not demotivate these days of regression come such episodes will keep on happening even later too.. but thats really really alright the only thing u need to do is keep pushing and be consistent also change the routine a bit and introduce any one new thing in her life for motivation

Yes OT will prove to be more beneficial since it has a motivation to speak and helps in exerting energy.. since she already is verbal dont engage her in speech therapy try to do it yourself.. please follow my video on speech and language development if u follow that and practise everyday with her then she wont need speech therapy

My kid never asks anything even if I keep that away from her..she tries all the things by her own like bringing a chair and then try to pull the things from up..and if that fails she looks at me n cry ....second thing is u r ryt we shd not give any materialistic appreciation but in my case she does not open her mouth to eat till the time I dont play a song for her...audio only coz I have stopped the video completely....sometimes if it her fav food or if c is hungry she will otherwise c dont ...i don't play the audio everytime sometimes i offer her fav toys when it's her meal time...or sometimes my husband dance on song n I feed her ...my question is are these materialistic appreciation? tell me where I can improve?thankyou 😊

No absolutely not these are not materialistic ones.. specially i loved to read that ur husband dances for her.. 🙌 cheers to both of u.. u guys are doing commendable job.. gradually transition her to such things only like dancing celebrating her and eating in a play way manner ..you .be her audio rhyme you sing it for her .. just do it in a playful way she will do so good.. and ahe is becoming a hig independent girl so there is no harm let her do things which she wants to do on her own will build her confidence ❤️

Mam what does a special educator do in a school.can you tell about a child progress in the primary school with do many subjects to be learnt we are talking only about the early stages like ball give take and so on.

Special educator if i say in a lay man language is like a home tutor for whom there is only single child to address on and they do similar things which u as a parent can do to teach ur child.. these are just different terms and different fundamentals therapist use to make things look fancy and complicated 🙂.. also in early stages a child learns more in a play way and a real time showcase of activities than to learn from a book.. so A for apple can be learnt from a book through a picture but nothing beats an experience a child gets to hold and touch that apple and learn the color of a red apple and to know its a fruit.. 🙂

Mam when I go with my daughter outside, garden or somewhere else there if she want to go at different side and it is risky for her then when I said don't go she didn't listen and crying a lot then how to handle it Mam.. on road it not see good I want to go straight while walking but she want to go somewhere else

Because u might be taking her there very less thats why its happening either change the park and find a one where u can keave her freely so her anxiousness and curosity to check the surrounding can be fulfilled.. once she is regular there she will not only listen to u but play with u also..
