What is advocacy?

I am a male Muslim. In my opinion, Pohwer refused to provide me Advocy because I asked for a male advocate, etc. To Pohwer - I am still waiting for a reply to my letter sent to Pohwer on the 10th December 2013 with regard to my complaint. Please could you advise as to when we will receive our reply.
