no different than the university so I decided to leave but the place shut down there were constant arguments besides vp's romantic advance she did ask for my ideas and then shoot them down cyberbullying me and humiliating me in front of the other members and the other members were just there for themselves and their image didn't care how anyone else felt I learned skills but was not helpful where to transition the job skills didn't concern much with youth and employment and I feel since it is the Neverland headquarter the woman they chose VP was from there and she was a lesbian so I do not know if that place was work for someone to get closer to me unsolicited and she was a bully and she called herself a dictator and laughed about it cz she did have all the power and all members feared her

+Assala Garoui Actually, it is possible, although not everywhere. In our Local Committee in Zlín, Czech Republic, we have one team of aproximately 10 High School students, of which most are under 18 still. They participate on events, they do some online work, work on promotion etc. They also help us with projects, as we organize a big project at their school several times a year. After they graduate, they go to the university and perhaps join a different committee. Greetings from Czech Republic! :-)

and there wasn't any help when I tld the president at Concordia aiesec about her mistreatment she had all the power and could demand it-she even mentions to us " I don't like when things don't go my way" and try to brush it off by laughing an dnot excusing but gaining more control and especially when I try to talk to her about her rudeness and that is where she made the moves on me - I could have never guessed it was so unexpected that it made me defensive and flee the room without resolving the issue and that is where I decided to leave I could not go back cz what I learned was from her and her collaboration - if I gained feedback it had to come from her or had work had to be informed -the assembly time and the minutes all her
