Its what grubb is getting. Keelon Russell the number 2 player in the country and number 2 qb right on Bryce underwood heels. Keelon is once in a generation talent. 6'3 great arm. Don't be surprised if he beats ty Simpson for the job of qb. Ty Simpson has the experience, but i could see Keelon taking it by mid season. Last year when grubb left for Seattle it screwed up our offense coordinator position and Jalen couldn't handle the DeBoer offense. Keelon and ty Simpson can. Keelon will be the best QB in the SEC within two years. He's everything the Tennessee fans thought Nico was, plus more.. he's on campus working hard. Everyone will find out about Keelon even its in his second year.

Alabama has far better running back talent than Washington had two years ago. Dillon Johnson was solid. But he’s not an Alabama level runner. Bama is six deep at running back right now and has a good offensive line returning.

Sheridan wasn't really the problem. Bama had WRs running open every game, but Milroe is just a pathetic QB and couldn't/didn't get the ball to them. Still, Grubb is the secret sauce that makes DeBoer's offense work, and he's definitely an upgrade from Sheridan. Bama's schedule is absolutely ridiculous in 2025, so they still might lose multiple games, but this is the first step to becoming dominant on offense again.

Disagree strongly. Both were problems. But Sheridan did not adjust gameplan nor did he feed the running backs enough. You can't give it to the running backs only like 10-15x a game especially in the SEC. He wasn't ready.

You have to have some semblance of balance dude regardless of personnel, be real.. offense was predictable. look at Tenn game, they threw it 50x! might could have won that one if they had more balance. Jam and Justice aren't Derrick Henry or Mark Ingram ofc, but that's beside the point if you ask me. Roll Tide either way, it's just football at the end of the day.

Him and Debore had Michael Penix at Washington…great QB’s make coaches look great. Bama fans setting theirselves up, to only be let down. Those coaches aren’t great. Bama had a great coach…not anymore. They will be just a good football team that has a really good year every once in a while.

Penix was injury riddled and played at 2 different schools for like 5 years. Never showed any flash at all until Washington got ahold of him. Was he in the Heisman at Indiana? No? No. He was was after Kalen and Grubb got him.
