My experience so far, these guys charge a ridiculous fee promising us that they can get your music playlisted on major radio stations and also help organize interviews through their connections.

The short answer no but finding a good PR could step up your hustle. The key is finding a good one, cost vs. results. If I had the money to burn, I'd try it out.
