I am not finding easy to fetch the timing parameters from the datasheet of IS43TR16128D-125KBLI. It says it is 2GB, DDR3 with 800MHz clock frequency. Kindly assist with the timing parameters.

You can search for interface related standards for example in case of ddr3 you ll find all the Timing parameters in standard documents like jedec etc.
