That's called a contractual employee po. This is for freelancers. Salamat po.

May I ask, how could I rebutt when we have a contract but they terminated us illegally but they did not follow the termination agreement in our contract? (Independent contractor but office base)?

You can consult with a lawyer. Show the contract and state that this was not followed. However, the downside of being an independent contractor is that most of the time, it's the law of the employer that gets followed but I would say, consult with a lawyer. You can also go to DOLE.
