iva's are only suitable for those who own their own home or have assets. there are cases where people have paid 1000s into their iva and ALL that money has gone in fees to the company and NONE has gone to pay off their creditors. TAKE INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL ADVICE BEFORE ENTERING INTO AN IVA

Well if you have debts more than 6000, iva should be the best cause DRO or bankruptcy will affect your future like applying for a job or changing property and also you can't even open up a normal bank account for yourself.
