If you need some guidance, you can apply to my mastermind program here: alimastermind.com With a two story house, you likely can get started, you'll just have to ensure your residents can handle stairs. With that said, I know some states have different rules with stairs, so you'll want to do some research to figure out what that looks like for you (this is true for licensed and unlicensed homes)
