Aqua classes are so popular at my local club that there are 2 classes each morning, 20 mostly ladies, occasionally men in each class. Its a very popular, exhilerating, social exercise session. I feel the cardio, stretching and mental health benefits.

I've been doing aqua aerobics since December and it's easily my favourite fitness class. I absolutely love it and any opportunity to move to 80s hits/good music I'm down for it.

I am maybe looking at doing this. I want another way of keeping fit apart from swimming but I'm not a gym/runner person. Do you get young people who are in their 20/30s?

Please let me know how you found it? I'm suffering a knee injury but want to do excercise, was it like this/low impact? I'm going to talk to my gym tomorrow where they do it for more info on their aqua aerobics but yeah let me know would be helpful please 😊

Stop accusing me of not attending a session when I have attended the session!! This charge is erroneous and insulting. I get charged for unattended swims when I actually booked the swim AT THE MOMENT OF ATTENDANCE. And the swim was booked by your own staff, with me standing there
