Great! Aristotle's Poetics is not as studied in philosophy as it is somewhere between literary criticism and aesthetics (though it is widely studied in the worlds of theatre and film). However, it does help to inform a number of the central ethical and metaphysical disagreements between Plato and Aristotle about the place of the arts in a society and what imitation is. Wow, he's doing ancient philosophy. He's much more than an analytic enthusiast.

Well he does sympathize the most with the Pyrohnian Skeptics found in the ancient philosophy over all other schools of philosophy . So he probably would disagree with believing in analytical philosophy at all even if he likes it.
