Disability percentage will be calculated by an Audiologist in DRO - District Rehabilitation Center. But I don't think our RCI/ Government recognizes Tinnitus as a Disability. As per my knowledge Hearing loss is considered a Disability whereas Tinnitus is not. I would recommend you to undergo a Tinnitus retraining therapy from a certified Audiologist.
