I admire Mnisi; he completely dismantled the state's case on this one. His cross-examinations were exceptional, making a lot of sense even to someone with no legal background. However, the judge's behavior is highly inappropriate, consistently siding with the state, especially when the defense begins to dismantle the case, which is incredibly frustrating. Now, they’re trying to portray Mnisi as if he’s abusing the witness by asking the wrong questions to Gininda.
