Exited to see that JBL is adding AuraCast in all their new wireless speakers in more models than PartyBoost ever was, from the pocketable Go4 all the way to the PartyBox tower speakers.

I bet the receiver also needs to be Auracast compatible. My Samsung Gs23 has it now... But i didn't know anything that can receive it

You are correct. There has to be an auracast compatible transmitting device (like your phone) and an auracast compatible receiving device. The Nexia hearing aids are auracast compatible receiving devices as are the latest Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 2. Hope that makes sense!

@@hearingandbalancedoctors oh interesting. I have the Galaxy buds pro 2. I'll have to check it out.

I have L 90’s by Phonak. Do I need to replace these to get the new technology?
@hearingandbalancedoctors10 ай бұрын
L90s are still the highest end Phonak product. Not knowing your exact circumstances and needs, I have a hard time making specific recommendations, but I would not typically recommend replacing devices that are still that new.

When will aurocast become mainstream

Great question! LE Bluetoothauracast is considered the new standard for Bluetooth, but we anticipate it will be a gradual transition from traditional Bluetooth over the next few years
