Sir, what's minimum month required to cosider for bond complition in 1yr bond of Maharashtra state?if we do 3 months duty this can decrease bond by 3 month or not??

Idk monthly but by years yes if u for example do 1 year instead of 5 . And your penalty was 50 lakh, you'll only pay 40 lakh because u did 1 yr service

@@Withshvm The Bond for UP will start from this year for the first time for 18 batch MBBS and I personally have seen the official documents of those who are already serving as JRs and their salary is 96k. Also this is total salary and there are deductions which will leave the inhand salary to around 85k.

Yes there is discontinuation bond. Not mentioned anywhere officially but when you sign the service bond during admission, it is mentioned that completing MBBS is also necessary
