Hey insider , it's not corn.They made it from wheat, and boza is fermented starchy wheat juice(i know it's not like juice) but definitely it's not from corn, it's from bulgur which is shredded wheat.

This is also called Ogi or Akamu (Pap)..very common Nigerian drink particularly amongst Yorubas, it goes well with Akara and Moin Moin.. Maybe Insider can do cross cultural documentary about these two cultures..

I can't remember if the one i've tried is slightly sour, but it's good and i like it. Except when i've had it, i like to add sweet corn at the bottom too so i can chew on it while i drink. THis looks much thicker though so it's like a drinkable custard for them it seems. -
