Hi Mr.Subramanian, you may display the Pareto chart, Summary of the top 3 defect, fishbone diagram, root cause & potential causes list vs action plan, effectiveness trend after implementing the actions, horizontal deployment list, list of documents updated for standardization and you can add further based on your requirement.
